Order Modification and Cancellation

Once the order is shipped, we do not support any changes to the order, including but not limited to modifying products, shipping address, recipient information, or any other delivery details. We also do not accept order cancellations. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support at support@padavip.com before the order is shipped.

 

Eligibility for Returns

1. Only products that are damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect are eligible for return. Returns for any other reason will not be accepted.

2. Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt, and they must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

3. For health and safety reasons, opened or used products will not be accepted for return unless they are defective or damaged.

 

Note: For the two eligible return scenarios:

Damaged or defective products during transit: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the item. You will need to provide evidence of the damage, such as photos or other forms of proof. Additionally, the damaged product must be returned using the original packaging. If we are unable to verify that the product qualifies for a refund or replacement, we may deny your request.

Order discrepancies: In rare cases of order discrepancies, such as receiving the wrong quantity or incorrect items, you are entitled to a corrected order or a refund. Please also contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the item. Provide your order number, the email used for placing the order, and photos of the items you actually received as proof. We will address your concern promptly, as your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to resolving any issues that may arise.

 

Order Cancellation:

1. You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If you choose to cancel your order, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.

2. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process.

3. Orders with incorrect information can only be canceled if the product has not yet been shipped.

4. Cancellation requests received on Saturday and Sunday may not be processed until the next business day.

 

Return Process:

1. Request a return: Please contact our customer service team at support@padavip.com within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.

2. Reason for return: Provide your order number or the email used to place the order, along with a clear description of the product issue.

3. Return authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the necessary return address.

 

Note: Please retain all packaging, including the original packaging and shipping documents, as we may require them to verify your return request.

 

Return Shipping Costs

1. For defective, damaged, or incorrect products: We will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse you for the return shipping costs after processing the return.

 

Note: Since PADAVIP currently does not provide return labels, you will need to arrange the return through your own shipping provider, and we will reimburse the shipping cost after we receive the returned product.

 

2. For other return cases (e.g. change of mind or wrong order): The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

1. Refund timeline:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for PADAVIP to process the refund.

• For PayPal account holders, refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your PayPal account.

• However, for credit card refunds, the process may take 7-14 business days to be fully completed.

Please note that the exact refund time depends on your bank’s official processing timeline, as different payment methods may have different processing times.

2. Refund method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid via credit card or PayPal, the refund will appear in your account within a few business days, depending on your payment provider’s policy.

3. Non-refundable fees: Shipping fees and any applicable customs charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged in transit or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

1. Regrettably, we are unable to modify the products within an order once it's been shipped. If you have just placed the order please contact us at support@padavip.com as soon as possible to see if it can be canceled so you can place a new order with the correct products.
